Sr Business Analyst – Data and Analytics Mahape Navi Mumbai

Job Description:

A highly motivated and business-oriented Senior Business Analyst who should serve as a critical bridge between business functions and the enterprise Data & Analytics functions. The candidate will drive adoption of centralized data assets, KPI standardization, data governance, and analytical solutions for Company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as primary liaison between business teams and Datalake, BI & Analytics teams.
2. Conduct workshops, gather requirements, define KPIs and business metrics.
3. Translate business requirements into functional and analytical specifications.
4. Drive enterprise-wide KPI standardization and promote centralized reporting.
5. Partner with Data Engineering and BI teams to design data marts, dashboards, and other such analytical solutions.
6. Support Data Governance lead, wherever required for data quality, stewardship, metadata, and business glossary.
7. Ensure alignment with RBI and NBFC regulatory reporting requirements.
8. Champion adoption of centralized and governed data assets.
9. Change Control & Governance:
10. a)Front-end Change Control Board (CCB) meetings Datalake related deployments.
11. b)Work along with Project Management team and junior analyst in preparing business cases, RoI justification, requirement documents, FSD, impact assessment etc.
12. c)Present change proposals to IT leadership, TSG, and InfoSec SPOCs for approval.
13. d)Coordinate between business stakeholders, IT teams, data engineering teams, and project managers to drive timely approvals and execution.
14. e)Track approved changes through implementation and ensure business outcomes are achieved.
