Sr. Manager – LCO Handling Mumbai
Job Description:
We are looking for a Sr. Manager – LCO Handling to manage LCO relationships and drive broadband business through the LCO channel across Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing LCOs and onboard new LCO partners.
- Generate broadband business and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through LCOs.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the LCO network across Mumbai.
- Coordinate with LCOs and internal teams for smooth sales, installation, service, and issue resolution.
- Monitor LCO performance, revenue, customer acquisition, and collections.
- Conduct regular market visits and track competitor activities.
- Prepare LCO-wise business plans and performance reports.
- Ensure strong partner engagement and achievement of business targets.
Candidate Profile
- 8–12+ years of experience in broadband, ISP, telecom, cable TV, or channel sales.
- Strong experience in LCO/Channel Partner Management.
- Good knowledge of the Mumbai broadband/LCO market.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Graduate; MBA/PGDM preferred.
