Job Description:
- Achieve regional sales targets by effectively engaging with and maximizing the potential of targeted customer segments within the designated area.
- Meet revenue targets by driving the performance of Sales Officers and Cluster Managers, ensuring strict adherence to the sales process, including productivity, yield, market share, and compliance with credit policies.
- Ensure a consistent track record of NIL overdue payments month on month, addressing any exceptions and implementing corrective actions based on Early Warning Signals (EWS).
- Control operating expenses to ensure they stay within the approved budget for the region.
