Job Title: Premises Civil Maintenance Engg.
Department: Admin. & Premises
Reports to: Sr. Manager Civil Maint.
Experience: 3 to 7 years
Required Qualification: Diploma / Degree Civil/ Architecture/Interior Design
Preferred Qualification: Auto Cad proficiency / 3 D Modelling
Skill, Knowledge & Trainings: Auto Cad proficiency / 3 D Modelling
Core Competencies: Office and residential apartment Civil maintenance & Projects
Functional Competence: Modern office design. Maintenance, repairing in depth knowledge. Strong academic
Job Purpose:
Area of Operations Key Responsibility
1) Routine maintenance of infrastructure
2) New office design concept to implementation.
3) Supervision of maintenance activities & new construction works
4) Preparation of interior drawings, selection of materials , making of enquiries /tender documents
5) Studying Engineering Drawings & co- ordination with architects, structural consultants
6) Making of bill of quantities , tender documents, bill checking
7) Co-ordination and follow up with municipal authorities for building permissions, licenses
