Job Description:
Position Name Sr Manager/ AVP – Digital Marketing
 
Reports to (Position): Director, Head – Marketing and Products

Location: Mumbai

Position Purpose: Responsible for the formation, execution, and management of the company’s digital development & marketing efforts to enhance firms reputation and increase customer base.

Principal Accountabilities:
  • overseeing all aspects of digital development, including software development, website & app development, digital marketing, and emerging technologies
  • Drive innovation and stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the digital landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between digital initiatives and business goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships and partnerships related to digital development projects. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in digital development processes
  • Analyze, plan and execute all web, database marketing, email, social media, and search, display advertising campaigns.
  • Reviewing and optimizing design, content of all company digital assets
  • SEM / SEO campaign ideation, planning and execution along with monitoring web traffic metrics
  • Designing and building automated email marketing flows and email campaigns including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
  • Conceptualizing and design hyper – personalization, insight-based campaigns.
  • Creating A/B split tests of marketing assets to improve campaign performance.
  • Measures and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Visualize and build required analytics dashboard and insight tools 
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable digital strategies.
  • Proven track record of success in leading digital development teams and driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, web technologies, and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience in selecting, implementing, and managing MarTech solutions, preferably within a complex organizational environment
  • Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that inform and engage
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and augment digital marketing strategies.
  • The ability to analyze various forms of data, knowledge of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Decibel, Netcore(marketing automation tools), Facebook Ads Manager, Google ads manager, Google Data Studio and a strong
  • understanding of SEO/SEM and social media platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of web design principles
  • Strong analytical skills, data driven thinking. Experience of SEO optimization
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS office, especially PowerPoint excel
  • MBA – Marketing,
Preferred Industry Experience
  • Ecommerce, Fintech, Asset Management ; Insurance , Banking.
