Dty Manager– PMS Operations-Domestic/offshore (Fund Accounting)

Job Description:

POSITION: Manager/Deputy Manager – PMS Operations
Reports to (Position): Vice President -PMS Operations
Business Unit: PMS Operations
Location: Mumbai 

Education Background

Post Graduate, Graduate

Principal Accountabilities:

PMS Domestic Operation:

• Fund Accounting – PMS Operations viz. Subscription, Redemption and Trade Settlement
• Accounting of Corporate Action viz. Dividend, Bonus, Rights
• Regulatory & compliance reporting on monthly, quarterly, and other regular frequency
• Liaising with auditors (Internal & Statutory) with respect to providing data as per requirement
• Bank Reconciliation / Holding Reconciliation
• Client & distributor query resolution
• Account opening and KYC processing
• MIS preparation on monthly or at required frequency, EOD and BOD activities, preparing Peak margin instructions

Offshore Operation:

• NAV calculation & control
• Equity and debt deal processing and settlement of trade
• Cash Flow Preparation
• Computation of advisory fees on the basis of specific rates
• MIS preparation including returns calculation for specific period, Average AUM etc

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies

• Knowledge of settlement, AUM calculation, KYC documentation, brokerage
• calculation, distributor & broker empanelment, PMLA guidelines, etc.
• Should be familiar with “Wealth Spectrum”

Preferred Industry Experience

2 + years preferably from PMS, Mutual Fund or financial sector
