The Opportunity

The Application Tech Lead is responsible for cloud native full stack application design, development, and delivery. The requires engaging successfully with product owner, business users and scrum delivery team for each phase
of agile project delivery. The Tech Lead is a seasoned professional who is thoroughly hands-on with front-end, back-end development and interfacing with data and analytics layer. The Tech Lead should be able seamlessly
navigate team of developers for detail technical design and quality build, test and delivery activities of software development and will never hesitate to roll-up sleeves to code himself to lead the path. He will have world class
opportunity to build world class product and solution on Cloud platform for Industrial Cloud IIoT platform delivering multi-business domain value.

Responsibilities

Strategic

• Participate in envisioning of next gen plans to achieve longer term strategic objectives of the organization.
• Identify impact of new technologies on our products and communicate to development teams.
• Evaluate new technologies stack and help Architects make best choices
• Build flexible and scalable detail technical designs
• Provide strategic problem solving through software development life cycle
• Foster innovation, critical thinking and enable best practices of software development methods

Operational

• Drive technical workshops and requirement gathering discussions along with product owner and scrum master
• Collaborate with product owner to translate functional requirement discoveries into technical designs
• Engage in technical discussions and present ideas through white boarding
• Collaborate with architect and prepare details technical design documents

• Ensure end to end architecture guidelines are followed though out software delivery life cycle
• Delivering tasks to meet the product release goal and timelines in fast paced high pressure environment
• Maintain code quality through standard methodologies, unit testing and code quality automation
• Guide team of developers and solve technical challenges faced by team
• Hands-on with excellent coding skills and can write code to lead team
• Ensure defect free, scalable and sustainable software is delivered

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with product owner for functional requirement alignment
• Partner with scrum master and program manager for timely delivery
• Partner with Architect to ensure alignments with guiding principle 

People Management

• Lead and mentor team of developer for quality software development

Ideally, you should have:

• At least 10 years’ of leading full-stack application development hands-on experience
• Certified GCP Architect and/or developer with in-depth knowledge
• Experience with front-end technologies such as Javascript, HTML5, CSS, ReactJS, AngularJS
• Experience with developing web applications (Node, Python, PHP Spring, RESTful, Web Services)
• Experience in working on Linux/Unix and Windows, NGINX -container with docker Image
• Experience in developing Microservices and docker images to run on Kubernetes cluster
• Experience working SQL/non-SQL databases
• Experience working with Bigdata datalake such as GCP BigQuery & analytics tools like Looker Or PowerBI or Tableau.
• Experience in DevOps CI/CD , Infrastructure as Code/Terraform
• Experience on agile project management methodologies and tools - Jira, Confluence, Git etc.
