Job Description:

The HR Generalist role is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across multiple areas, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and
HR policy administration. This position requires a well-rounded HR professional who can handle a wide range of HR tasks and effectively support both employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Administer HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, recognition programs, and training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and maintain accurate HR documentation.
  • Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and provide assistance with benefits-related inquiries.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on various HR topics, including diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and performance management.
  • Maintain HRIS records and generate reports as needed.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal developments to ensure effective HR support

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Familiarity with performance management processes and employee relations principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications.
