Job Title Key Accounts Manager – Quick Commerce

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • This role will be responsible for the delivery of Net Revenue on Ecommerce & Quick commerce Platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Instamart, Big basket & Blinkit.
  • Drive Sales & overall P&L impact for the company business in alignment with business objectives.
  • Ownership and delivery of the commercial plans and brand top line & a bottom line.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between ecommerce partners and the brand.
  • Build strong relationships and work closely with account managers/SPOC to understand market potential and gain insights into platform-specific trends and consumer behavior.
  • Optimize product listings, ensuring that they are optimized for search and conversion on marketplace platforms.
  • Identify product, service, or marketplace issues, and resolve them accordingly.
  • Manage inventory, offers/ discounts, promotional strategies, and actionable insights responsibility with ownership to drive key business metrics (Conversion, GMV, Returns, Cancellations, Margins, etc.) on marketplaces.
  • Development and execution of the online marketing activities to drive the business.
  • Budget management for the online channel.
  • Prepare and execute a planning calendar for each season, promotions, and mailer campaigns.
  • Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth. Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives, analyze data and measure results.
  • Overseeing product offer and merchandising. Ensuring sales are maximized and content delivered effectively.
  • Experience of working with the startup Industry would be an added advantage.
  • Essential & Desirable Education/Qualifications/ Work experience/technical skills i.e. what are the 'must haves' for this role
  • Proven experience as Key Account Manager.
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience with Ecommerce Quick Commerce platforms (Blink it, Zepto, Instamart, etc)
  • Experience with other E- Commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc) will be in addition to the requirement.
  • Background in sales and marketing is essential
  • Ability to effectively manage and develop key accounts
  • Experience working with data analytics tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

Behavioral competencies/Key Skills:

  • Good Communication Skills- Written and Verbal English
  • Ability to work in fast - paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Good understanding and comfortable with Ecommerce Platforms, Online systems, Excel etc.
  • Ready and willing to take up new challenges and help organize the unorganized, ownership and independent performer
  • Consumer mindset to understand user experience, persona and personalized marketing
