Business Analyst/Project Manager – Leasing Mumbai
Job Description:
? Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of Leasing platform solution
? Apply specific functional knowledge of Leasing systems worked on to help guide the design
and implementation of Mahindra’s requirements
? Conduct requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews and meetings with the vendors
? Prepare detailed requirement specifications documents, user stories and manage the
requirements throughout the project lifecycle
? Participate in testing efforts in conjunction with QA teams, including the design and
execution of an overall test strategy
? Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions
? Assist with gap analysis, business process redesign and roadmap planning
? Support the development of strong vendor relationships by building trust, rapport and
strong working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members
? Work closely with internal developing team, vendors and other key stakeholders and act as a
single point of contact for any developments/ enhancements related to Leasing
? Provide functional support to vendors during the user acceptance testing process
? Experience 10-15 years
Skills and attributes for success
? Experience in handling projects related to Leasing and lending
? Understanding of leasing concepts and market insights, both from a business as well as
technical perspective
? Hands on experience on back-end API and web component development
? Extensive knowledge about SDLC and experience in working throughout all phases
? Hands on experience on deploying application to AWS, Azure and GCP
? Experience in building back-end API for mobile app for Financial sector will be an added
advantage
