Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager -Enterprise Business -KAM for Hyderabad

Job Description:

Purpose of the role:
To drive revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise customers (hunting) and managing key client
relationships to ensure long-term retention and upselling. This is an individual contributor role
focused on expanding ACT Fibernet’s Enterprise Business footprint in Telangana.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting key accounts across Telangana.
• Approach and engage decision-makers to present ACT Fibernet’s enterprise solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, meetings, proposal creation, negotiation,
closure, and client onboarding.
• Understand customer business requirements and recommend customized connectivity, internet,
or IT infrastructure solutions.

• Build and grow strong relationships with existing clients to drive renewals, upselling, and long-
term account retention.

• Coordinate internally with teams like service delivery, support, product, and finance to ensure
smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
• Maintain and share regular sales updates through reports, dashboards, and MIS to track
performance.
• Follow all internal processes and standard operating procedures for documentation, compliance,
and service delivery

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Must have:
• MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification.
• 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record in acquiring and managing large
enterprise accounts.
• Experience in industries such as Telecom, System Integration, Data Centers, Cloud, SaaS, Media,
or OEMs preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• High energy, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset.
