- Visitor Management
- Issue of Visitor Pass
- Maintain and validate visitor record
- Maintain visitor register
- Gate Pass
- Issue and validate gate pass
- Check items received and maintain record
- Receipt of goods and reconciliation of delivery challans
- Supervision
- Supervision of House Keeper and Panty staff.
- Frisking of vendor staff
- Coordination with agencies
- Coordination with agencies
- Validation of the work assigned
- Signing off Job Cards / Worksheets
- Key issue
- Maintain Key issue register
- All floor lights/switches monitoring
- Close office
- Emergency Response
- Respond to any emergency
- Issue first aid and record
- Maintain Log of Emergency response equipment
