Job Description:
Social Media Marketeer
Content Planning and Creation: Understand social media platforms, their usage, and
their audience base. Develop comprehensive organic social media strategies to create
awareness and reach. Outline content themes, monthly social media calendar, and
key performance indicators (KPIs), which will be reviewed monthly.
Cross-team collaboration: Collaborate with creative team to develop compelling and
relevant content for social media channels. This includes creating text, images, videos,
and other multimedia assets that resonate with the target audience and align with
the brand's voice and values.
Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts for organic
growth, including posting content, and engaging with the audience in a timely and
professional manner. Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly to
maximize reach and engagement.
Performance Tracking and Analytics: Track and analyze key metrics and KPIs to
evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns. Use analytics tools to gather
insights, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies
and improve overall performance
Desired Candidate profile
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Traits: Creative marketing ideation, thinking out of the box, understanding of
social media platforms.
Actively creates content on Facebook, Instagram Stories and Reels.
