We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to lead Paints division. The Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of our paints production, ensuring product quality, compliance with industry standards, and driving innovation in our paint formulations. This role will require strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the paints and coatings industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing ; Maintaining Business relationship with Architects, Engineers, Consultant ; Contractors ; solve their queries & doubts.
- Visiting Individual House building/Societies ; commercial projects under construction to create business opportunity.
- Providing Technical education & guidance about good construction practices during site visits to house owners/ project sites & providing technical services.
- Solving customer complaints & issues regarding products
- Arranging & conducting technical training to Painters & contractors
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences. Use market insights to drive product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in civil engineering
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role within the paints and coatings industry.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Leadership and team-building abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Business acumen and budget management experience.
