Job Description:

• Develop and generate business for the branch
• Ensure 100 % collection of Pre – EMI and Regular EMI through digital channel
• Ensure TAT for disbursement and highest level of customer satisfaction

• To do reverse FI on a random basis for all the branches under him
• Ensure smooth overall coordination with Legal ,Credit and Technical teamin the state

• Ensure conducting of marketing initiatives of the organizationat state level
• Channel management & development like:

1. Identification of field staff
2. Training
3. Grievance handling
4. Motivation
5. Guidance

• Monitor collection performance at the profit centres
