Sr Manager/ Manager Treasury Compliance Mumbai

Job Description:

To manage all compliance and documentation related to
our listed debt instruments including NCD’s, PDI, sub debt etc. To play a crucial role in ensuring
our company compliance with respect to documentations and related filings

Manage the full lifecycle of compliance documentation for listed debt instruments, including
offering memoranda, trust deeds, regulatory filings and post issuance reporting
 Liaise with legal counsel, auditor and other internal and external stakeholders on compliance
matters related to listed debt
 Develop and implement effective processes and procedures for document creation, review,
approval and filing
 Maintain accurate and up to date records of all the debt instruments, including issuance details,
covenants and reporting requirements
 Monitor regulatory changes and proactively update processes and documentation to ensure
compliance
 Identify and mitigate potential compliances risk associated with listed debt instruments
 Conduct a training and provide guidance to team members on compliance and documentation
requirements
