Job Description:

The role involves conducting data analytics to come up with
solutions for business.
 Gathers, interprets, and uses complex data to develop
actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize
results.
 model development and management
 Liaising with internal and external stakeholders like IT,
Credit, collections, and external vendors.
 Create customer base for up-sale/cross-sale campaigns
through analytics to enhance response/conversion.
 Development and management of models
(application/behavior/collection/marketing etc.) to assist
targeted policy action.
 Model execution in terms of deployment on IT systems/
back end non-IT systems, periodic validation, results
communications, and model recalibration if required.
 Post implementation analysis of model output in terms of
reduction in events (payment bounces, delinquencies, write-
offs rates etc.)
 Automation of regular tasks related with models and related
analysis using automation tools like VBA, SQL ,ETL etc.
 Implementing appropriate ML algorithms for Statistical Data
Analysis in R/Python like - Random Forest/ Logistic
regression/ Regression analysis/ XG Boost etc.
 Ad-hoc analysis
