Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight of Learning & Development Needs: Identification, Planning and Execution of Learning & Development initiatives across the entire organization from end-to-end: Execute and Manage programs focused on identifying training needs, plan and ensure delivery of courses such as Team Building, Transitioning to the Workplace, Presentation Skills, Basic Communication Skills, Networking, and Dignity in the Workplace. Additionally, coordinate team-building offsite programs.

• Full Learning & Development Life Cycle Management: Take charge of the entire L&D life cycle, from planning and development to implementation and assessment.

• Analyzing Competencies and Mapping Skill Sets: Conduct competency analyses, map skill sets, and upgrade skills to align with job objectives.

• Creation and Implementation of Training Calendars: Develop training calendars encompassing Soft Skills, Sales, and Leadership training programs.

• Development and Management of E-Learning Programs: Create e-learning modules and manage their incorporation into the Learning Management System (LMS). Also, oversee Internship Training Programs.

• Planning and Execution of New Hire Orientation: Responsible for planning, scheduling, and conducting New Hire Orientation programs.

• Enhancing Organizational Effectiveness and Business Acumen: Develop capabilities that contribute to improved organizational effectiveness and business acumen.

• Cultivating Strong Relationships with Key Stakeholders: Build robust connections with vital stakeholders within the organization to facilitate effective communication of L&D successes and gather feedback for continuous enhancement.

• Vendor Relationship Management: Handle vendor relationships, which includes identifying partners, assessing trainers, processing agreements, and managing invoicing procedures.

Skills and Qualities:

• Master's degree in Management, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field is must.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in L&D, including managerial responsibilities. • Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

• Familiarity with contemporary eLearning tools and technology.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Analytical and data-driven mindset for continual enhancement.

• Good networking with training and L& D partners in the industry.

• Proficient project management skills.

• Relevant certifications in L&D practices are advantageous.
