Job Description:

To enhance customer experience, managing customer order fulfillment, technology and
infrastructural plans

Key Accountabilities


Strategic Accountability:
 Will be responsible for generating data-driven commercial insights and managing relationships
with partners for the business
 To collaborate with senior management to formulate & implement the overall e-commerce
strategy aligned with the company's goals and market trends
 Manage the company's online retail platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience,
optimizing user interface and functionality, and leveraging technology for efficiency
 Need to be in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment where he/she oversees the end-to-end
commercialization and operationalization of the E-Commerce business
 Drive sales growth and profitability in the E-Commerce channel
 Responsible for annual business plans, budgets, P&L
 Build strategic business partnership with e-commerce platforms
 Development and implementation of customer strategy and activation plans
 Maintain e-commerce content library
 Pro-actively identify new commercial opportunities

Essential Qualifications
 Post Graduate / Degree in a Business / Marketing discipline

Position Description – AGM/ DGM E- Commerce

Required Experiences
 Minimum 2-3 Years’ experience in Key Account Management (Groceries / FMCG categories are an
added advantage) & minimum of 7 to 9 years in E-commerce segment
 In depth and strong business understanding of E-Commerce Channels & marketplaces
 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff,
board members, external partners.
 Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint. Fluent with data interpretations
and analysis.
 Ability to present business case and presentation to the Board of Directors and other Top Level
Management.
 Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
 Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
