Job Description:

Work Days- Tuesday to Sunday

Frequency and locations of Travel (if any)- Travel to all region and meeting Business partner team

Position Purpose

managing Business Partner channel for education business.

This Position will lead the team of Channel Executive who will operate from all 4 zones of company and will drive education sales through business partner

Will be responsible for close coordination between SK BP team operating from SK HO and also coordinating with all RAM/RFM of zones. He will also coordinate with RSM and Centre manager of Education team for proper execution of the business plan in respective region. 

 Will be responsible to plan business calendar, schedule events, provide training to channel executive, RAM/RFM and BP team and ensure sooth execution of education business plan .

Must maintain a very healthy relationships with Regional Advisory Manager/Regional Franchisee manager and Group Head to ensure business.

 Person responsible must be dynamic who can grow and transform the business across all 4 zones with innovation, planning and proper execution.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Lead, grow and coach the business development of education channel executive team(based out of all 4 zones ) with great leadership and culture of performance. Provide leadership, inspiration, mentorship, and career development to members of the team.

 Have a strong relationship with Zonal heads, Group Heads, RFM & RAM and SK RSM and education manager in the region and create funnel for the education business.

Make a business plan for the year, quarter and month and execute it with RSM/Centre manager Education team across region.

Manage day to day business by meeting channel executive and reviewing the performance on a periodic basis to ensure sales plan and budget is achieved.

Work closely with the team to uncover and identify growth opportunities via understanding client’s business models and objectives.

Once monthly plan is set , ensuring calendar is scheduled properly for the events in coordination with channel executive and RSM of respective region .

Prepare format of MIS to monitor business on day-to-day functioning and ensuring the entire sales funnel is intact and result is met.

Contributing Responsibilities

Recruit, Train and mentor the team across mapped region towards the objective of the organization.

Help the executive to drive business in their location by studying client behaviour and market response.

Coordinate with  Network of branches and franchisee and build strong relationship and channel building with them and help Centre manager to extract business from this channel.

Coordinate with Sales Presenter team to exchange feedback and ideas between Centre and Presenter team to run smooth sales operation.

Ensure at any given point compliance policies are not compromised.

Driving referral business through sales team.

Ensuring all data is given to Central MIS team on time .

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Must be resilient and well versed with Sales management.

Must have channel business and direct sales experience

Must have worked and managed with channel partner, DSA or franchisee model.

Must know how to handle sales pressure and ensure it is taken in positive way.

Must equip basic knowledge of Excel and PPT and Word which is required at senior level.

Must respect colleagues with whom he is working and behave in complete professional way with entire team.

Knowledge of Stock market will be added advantage.

Must have worked in Direct sales himself at frontline and managed managers in his earlier role.

Also must have exposure to Distribution business model/ channel sales.
