Job Description:
- Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment
strategies
• Partner with business leaders to identify and address talent gaps within the organization.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, recruitment agencies, and other talent acquisition
channels
• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their Business objectives, requirements and
act on challenges
• Ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and deliver presentations to communicate HR initiatives, policies, and programs
• Provide guidance on career development and advancement opportunities for employees.
• Conduct regular talent reviews and facilitate discussions on individual and team development.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address findings and implement corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of open communication, diversity, and inclusion within the organization.
• Implement retention strategies, job rotations/elevations to ensure key talent is identified and retained.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement and work with
leadership to address retention challenges and create a supportive workplace.
