Job Description
The candidate will review and finalize the content for preschool. He/she will coordinate with business team for product finalization. He/she will conduct training for schools and internal team. He/she will guide team, maintain project tracker, make monthly reports, MOMs and review various product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review content – Preschool (Textbook, Lesson Plans, worksheet, training content, project related content)
- Research and provide necessary inputs for deliverables.
- Conduct research in school space to identify best practices (procedure, material, technique) and business opportunities.
- Co-create project processes, schedule, and task-effort norms with the CAO/HOD
- Finalize activity and deliverable scope based on discussion with HOD/CAO
Skills and Qualities:
- SME -Preschool subject specific knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Storyboarding (simulations, scenario based, e-content, App)
- Lesson plan creation (for teacher’s guidance)
- Training content creation – PPt and handouts
- Curriculum planning aligning with NCF foundation years
- Excellent Communication skills- Oral and Written
- Team management
- Visualization (page layout, storyboard, design elements)
- Usability analysis (age-appropriateness, environment appropriateness, doability, time-on-task, affordance)
- Creative content creation (writing rhymes, stories, games)
- Reviewing (review of content)
