Head Process Excellence

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Best Practices. The Head of Best Practices will be responsible for developing and implementing standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices across our network of schools and pre-schools. The primary objective of this role is to uphold high-quality standards, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure alignment with stakeholders' expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail business operations, extensive experience in managing SOPs and audits for large chains, and exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for all aspects of school operations, including curriculum delivery, administrative processes, facilities management, and customer service.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with established SOPs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including school administrators, teachers, franchisees, and corporate staff, to gather input, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead training and development programs to ensure consistent understanding and adherence to SOPs and best practices across the network.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented best practices and identify opportunities for further enhancement.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to school teams on best practices related to operational excellence, customer service, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging best practices in education services and incorporate relevant insights into our operations.
  • Serve as a liaison between corporate headquarters and franchisees to facilitate communication, collaboration, and alignment on best practices and operational standards.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations to oversee implementation, provide support, and ensure consistency across the network.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail business operations, with a proven track record of managing SOPs and audits for large chains.
  • Strong understanding of operational excellence principles, quality management systems, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations as needed.
