Manager Risk Containment Unit -RCU Pune

Job Description:

 Data Management and MIS:

• Managing and organizing large sets of data into actionable recommendations providing meaningful insights to senior management.
• Prepare daily/ weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to reflect volumes, risk, and business trends.
• Procuring data and making analysis as per requirements of the team with holistic approach.

Vendor Management:

• End to end management of RCU vendors - Appointment, coordinating, managing, training of agency and its staff.
• Handling the RCU, billing, and reconciliation.
• Preparation of Provision Data at the end of the month.

    Pre-disbursement checks and Non-Starter (NS)         investigation:

• To handle the monthly MIS of Pre-disbursement checks and NS investigations.
• Hind-sighting of cases and timely publishing of monthly reports to stakeholders.
• Liaising with HR for action as warranted for Pre-Disbursement checks and NS cases.

        RCU automation projects:

• To study and review RCU processes vis-a-vis current fraud monitoring practices .
• To propose and structure automation projects.

        RBI reporting:

• To study investigation reports and formalize FMR in accordance with RBI reporting norms.
• To arrange and maintain data required for RBI reporting.
• Follow-up for legal action on RBI reported cases.
