Designation – Sr.HR Executive – Ops
Education – PGDHRM / MBA / MANAGEMENT GRADUATE
Work Experience – 3+ years
Age – 23 to 30
Notice Period – Immediate / 15 days / 1 month
Brief JD :-
- Shall be responsible for Staffing Operation such as managing entire employee lifecycle
- Manage HR Generalist Activities, including employee engagement, onboarding, Grievance management
- Assist in HR Operations and Administration tasks such as MS Office and Excel proficiency.
- Support HRM initiatives to improve overall organizational performance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives through effective communication and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements :
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) for document preparation.
