SOX Compliance Lead Mumbai

Job Description:

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Lead the implementation and ongoing compliance of SOX requirements within the India Accounts and Tax team.
• Develop, document, and maintain SOX compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify key controls to mitigate risks.
• Perform regular testing of internal controls and ensure timely remediation of any deficiencies.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate SOX audits.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on SOX compliance and best practices.
• Monitor changes in SOX regulations and ensure the company remains compliant.
