Assistant Vice President Contract Drafting & Negotiation- Legal- Mumbai
Job Description:
Preparing & Coordinating for all Legal documentation relating to business agreements, Lease
Agreements, Leave and License Agreements, NDA, MOU, Partner Agreements, Customer loan
Agreements, Sanction letter, Loan Facility Agreement, Deed of Hypothecation, LOI, Information
Technology Agreements, HR agreements, Vendor Agreements etc.
To review labour laws where necessary including new notifications
To review and ensure closure of all open contracts, documents, email, advise etc on daily basis
To negotiate and finalise all contracts in interest of the Company
To review all policies of the Company
To ensure all important documents are preserved properly and repository system is in place
To update and keep afresh with latest case laws and changes that may impact the business directly or
indirectly
To handle registration of trademarks.
To identify legal risk and advise on its mitigation and provide legal protection against criminal liability,
civil liability and other risks.
