Job Description:
- Strategic Planning & Implementation: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for data analysis and business intelligence that align with the department & organisational goals.
- Data Management & Analysis: Proficiency in managing large datasets, performing data analysis, and generating actionable insights.
- Team Management: Skills in leading a team, managing projects, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Communication & Reporting: Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders and create comprehensive reports.
- Problem-Solving & Decision Making: Aptitude for identifying problems, analysing data, and making informed decisions based on findings.
- Compliance & Governance: Knowledge of data governance, compliance regulations, meeting timelines and ensuring adherence.
- Role is data centric hence knowledge of MS Office - Advance Excel knowledge will be first Preference.
- Person should have knowledge of SQL, Advance Excel. Power Point & knowledge of Power BI would be an added advantage.
- Should have analytical skills & strong hold on Data Analysis. Exposure of managing large dataset is prerequisite
- Automation of analytical tools using AI driven BOT would be an edge
