AGM- Administration (Facilities and Site Operations and Security Mgt), Corporate office
Job Description:
Location: Mumbai
Position Purpose: To provide comprehensive facility, security management, contract, and procurement management- IAMI
Principal Accountabilities:
Facilities Operations
• Lead and Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, devising ways to streamline processes
• Implement a comprehensive facility and security management program
• Manage the Preventive and Planned Maintenance programme to minimize maintenance, repair, and replacement costs together with minimizing the risk of plant failure.
• Responsible for management of all sites security and compliance, infrastructure management, administrative activities, and branch database management
• Recommend continuous quality improvement practices across the region
• Assist with the coordination of Churn and other relocations activities
• Ensure all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met.
• Ensure all Reactive Maintenance is completed as per the agreed timeframes
• Ensure all Financial Management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure escalation procedures are in place and observed for incident and problem reporting
• Risk assessment, providing method statement and closure of action
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders for administrative support
• Vendor Management
Savings initiatives:
• Develop initiatives and strategies that lead to cost savings and service improvement Customer Service / Client Relationships:
• Ensure feedback from client sessions is recorded and actioned to the satisfaction of the end user
• Pro-actively develop and manage client / business unit relationships ensuring that the expected service levels are achieved across the region
• Lead by example and groom the team in achieving maximum client satisfaction level
Leadership / Staff Management:
• Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence
• Act as manager and a coach for the team ensuring high staff morale, trust, and work ethics
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies
• Strong budget management and financial analysis skills
• Demonstrated initiative
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Facilities Manager must be a team player and work with other members of the team
• Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with a variety of individuals
• Knowledge in statutory requirements and Environmental management system.
Requirement:
- Graduate with at least 12 to 20 years of experience in Facilities/admin security role
- Aptitude for encouraging positive relationships
- Travel experience Pan India
