Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and requisitions,
Maintaining Service Master Database in Zoho
2. Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures
3. Identifying and researching potential Service Suppliers
4. Liaises with Department heads to determine their product and service needs
5. Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims
6. Develop and administer Agreements in collaboration with business and legal department
7. Meeting with vendors and internal Employee to negotiate the best contracts and formulating policies with
vendors
8. Reviewing, comparing, analysing and approving services to be purchased and services being offered by
Service Provider
9. Understand forging commodities and their processes and application
10. Ongoing Price increase or reduction
11. Differential Sourcing Strategy,
12. Ensures that all procurement related to facilities / Services and equipment are on time and are cost effective.
