We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Developer to join our team. The
ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in
developing on the Zoho Creator platform or similar CRM development
platforms in automating sales field funnel management, field governance,
payout management, training and retail management. As a UI/UX Developer, you
will be responsible for creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces that
enhance the user experience of our applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for
applications built on Zoho Creator or similar CRM platforms in automating sales field
funnel management, field governance, payout management, training and retail
management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements
and translate them into effective UI/UX designs.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design
decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate
design ideas.
Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards across all applications.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.
Provide support and guidance on UI/UX best practices to other team members.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
field.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in developing on Zoho Creator or similar
CRM platforms.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, best practices, and methodologies.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and relevant project experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
