Job Description:
- Used Car dealer empanelment & business activation from empanelled channels .
- Ensure quality sourcing with complete delicense conducted .
- Develops and maintains channel relationship.
- Assists individual salespeople in setting monthly goals and objectives and provides them with the support to meet these goals.
- Conducts daily and weekly sales and sales training meetings.
- Establishes and enforces product-knowledge standards.
- Close monitoring of RC limit tracker & Post disbursal document updation
- Responsible for 12 months MOB.
