Job Description:
  • Key Responsibilities

    • Sales and Business Development:

      • Drive sales of used car finance products within the assigned area to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
      • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share and grow revenue.
      • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans aligned with the organization’s goals.
    • Relationship Management:

      • Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, DSA (Direct Sales Agents), and other channel partners.
      • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of customer applications and a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Team Leadership:

      • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
      • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and drive team members' professional growth.
    • Market Analysis and Reporting:

      • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
      • Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve performance and address challenges proactively.
    • Compliance and Risk Management:

      • Ensure adherence to company policies, NBFC guidelines, and regulatory requirements in all sales operations.
      • Assess and manage risks in financing used cars, ensuring creditworthiness and reducing defaults.
