Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:
- Drive sales of used car finance products within the assigned area to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share and grow revenue.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans aligned with the organization’s goals.

Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, DSA (Direct Sales Agents), and other channel partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of customer applications and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership:
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and drive team members' professional growth.

Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve performance and address challenges proactively.

Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, NBFC guidelines, and regulatory requirements in all sales operations.
- Assess and manage risks in financing used cars, ensuring creditworthiness and reducing defaults.
