4. Handle termination and exit formalities to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.
5. Collaborate with senior and HR teams to align HR practices with business goals.
6. Facilitate discussions to improve employee productivity and support organizational success.
7. Assist the recruitment team in focused hiring efforts.
8. Oversee the onboarding process for new employees to integrate them into the company culture.
9. Conduct one-on-one sessions with employees to foster engagement and address their needs.
