Managerial
Responsibilities

 Conduct frequent team reviews and provide feedback to ensure
compliance with policy
 Ensure staffing of the team; provide necessary training to the team on
credit policy & organization standards
 Ensure compliance with all process standards as per the organization’s
credit policy and ensure good audit ratings consequently
 Gather, compile and provide competition information, market dynamics,
field process lapses and take corrective actions, if any

Functional
Responsibilities

 Oversee junior underwriters on large-ticket size loans and policy
deviation for the assigned product categories; ensure adherence to
credit policy
 Ensure that all new credit lines (asset products) meet laid down credit
policy guidelines on documentation and eligibility
 Ensure sanction of loan within TAT and liaison with sales to ensure
quality sourcing and completeness of files
 Identify vendor team and provide necessary training to deliver as per
SLA agreed upon
 Responsible for collection of first EMI; PDD follow up & trigger
implementation
 Implement strategies to minimize delinquencies and the amount of
write-off loss to the firm for its various products

Ensure ISO compliance and other process adherences
