Daily Activity :
I. Collection of SAP Partner (As per H8 reports)
 SAP_Vihnag
 SAP_Fypoint
 SAP_Honesty
 SAP_RZS
 SAP_Konkan_Crystal
II. BTS
 Direct point Customer Refund
 BTS upload for Refund and Walled refund
 Approving the BTS for Payment.
III. Credit Note and Manual invoice
 Passed the Credit note as per Approval process for Sap Partner
 Manual Invoice as per Approval process for the Sap Partner
IV. Reconciliation of collection and billing
 Collection posting reconciliation with SAP posting Reconciliation team

Monthly Activity:
V. Enterprise Billing (Refer Reports)
 SAP_Vihnag
 SAPFypoint
 SAP_Konkan_crystal
VI. Fixed partner billing of SAP_Vihang ( with BH approval and Reseller list form partner
and mail to billing team)
VII. Paytm collection posting mailed to accounts team with specific format for posting in SAP.
VIII. Unidentified collection received in previous month but identified and consider in
current month data, need to mail separately to account team for posting in SAP
IX. Bonus top up to SAP_Vihang (with approval form business head) and after Bonus mail
to accounts team for booking
X. Reconciliation of collection posting in SAP Software (all Partners)
XI. MIS
 Preparing the Profit and loss SAP Partner (Fypoint, Honesty, Vihang, Konkan Crystal,
Bhima Riddhi, TISAI, Sankalp, RZS, Speedcom Enterprises).
