Senior Executive - Accounts & Finance based at Mumbai

Job Description:

As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing the financial
transactions of the company, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and
ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities
 Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and
receivable, invoices, related party transactions and bank statements.
 Prepare financial reports such as Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement
and Cash flow statement.
 Preparation of monthly intercompany and bank reconciliations along with
quarterly confirmations.
 Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for
improvement.
 Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
 Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such
as vendors, management teams and auditors.
 Provide support during audits and financial inspections.
 Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and
processes.
 Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies and
initiatives.
Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
 Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
 Solid understanding of financial principles and regulations.
 Thorough understanding of capex accounting.
 Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP and Tally ERP and MS Office,
especially Excel.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
