Job Description:

Responsibilities & Duties:
Project Built Quality Monitoring:
 Oversee and monitor the quality of ongoing Solar and Wind EPC projects through regular field visits.
 Ensure that construction and installation activities meet the required quality standards and project specifications.
Field Quality Reports and Records:
 Prepare, maintain, and review comprehensive field quality reports and records.
 Document all inspection findings, tests, and audits conducted on-site, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Hand Over and Take Over Process:
 Manage the handover process from the Project Team to the Asset Management Team, ensuring that all quality
standards are met before transfer.
 Ensure that all relevant documentation, including quality records, is complete and handed over properly.

Technical Audits of Operational Sites:
 Conduct technical audits of operational Solar and Wind sites managed by the Asset Management Team to ensure
ongoing compliance with quality standards.
 Identify any potential issues or areas for improvement in operational sites and provide actionable
recommendations.
Non-Conformities (NCs) Management:
 Track and manage non-conformities (NCs) identified during inspections and audits.
 Ensure timely closure of all NCs by working closely with on-site teams and contractors to implement corrective
actions.
Field Quality Supervision:
 Provide close supervision of field quality activities, ensuring that construction and installation work adheres to
project specifications and quality standards.
 Address any quality-related issues on-site promptly and effectively.
Stakeholder Communication:
 Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and inter-
departmental teams.
 Ensure that all parties are informed of quality standards, requirements, and any issues that may arise.
Guidance to Site Quality Team:
 Provide guidance and support to the site quality team on a situational (SOS) basis, helping to resolve any
immediate quality concerns.
 Ensure that the site team is equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to maintain high-quality standards.
Quality Documentation:
 Oversee the preparation and maintenance of all quality documentation related to Solar and Wind EPC projects.
 Ensure that documentation is complete, accurate, and readily accessible for review and audit purposes.
