**Job Title: Commercial Executive
**Position Requirements:**
- Age Range: 26-30 years
- Experience: 4-7 years in a relevant field.
- Salary – 4.5 lacs
Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Commercial Executive at Branch:
1. Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures, and encourage colleagues to comply with them.
2. Adhere to Sales Policies across various divisions within the branch.
3. Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute negotiation strategies supported by solid concession plans.
4. Proactively engage with nominated accounts and drive commercial thought leadership throughout the sales cycle.
5. Utilize the collective commercial experience of the team to foster continuous improvement in the work culture environment.
6. Coordinate with the head office Commercial & Finance departments for processing vendor invoices and payments.
7. Monitor Branch Debtors regularly and review overdue outstanding accounts with the sales team to expedite collection.
8. Track Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) of the branch to manage cash flow effectively.
9. Conduct periodic visits and interactions with customers to maintain and strengthen business relationships.
10. Prepare monthly dealer-wise scheme liability calculations accurately for all active schemes running in the branch. Provide necessary working for month-end accrual/provision to the Finance Department to ensure stability in Contribution Margin.
11. Coordinate with the sales department to determine projected liability percentages before introducing new schemes and review each scheme against budgeted values and percentages.
12. Prepare and verify dealer-wise scheme eligibility against targets before issuing credit notes.
13. Coordinate with the sales team to finalize deals for new dealers or revise deals with existing customers.
14. Collaborate with the legal department for various business agreements at the branch level and ensure statutory compliance.
15. Ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations at the branch level.
16. Liaise with local government authorities as required.
17. Monitor warehouse operations and coordinate with the Sales Team to maintain optimal stock levels, thereby reducing additional stock and managing Operating Working Capital (OWC).
18. Conduct fortnightly cycle counts, quarterly physical stock verifications, and reconcile variances for future audit compliance.
19. Negotiate regularly with transporters and other major vendors to obtain quality services at the lowest cost.
20. Maintain harmony within the branch and foster a positive work environment.
21. Share insights and feedback with top management to contribute to various decision-making processes.
