Job Description:
Role: HR and Admin
Designation: Assistant Manager/Manager
Years of experience required: 6 to 8 years in a similar HR role with a strong focus on recruitment and operations.
Role Summary: The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting HR operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders (Recruitment 60% & Operations & Admin 40%)
Detailed Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and recommend strategies to meet hiring targets.
Vendor management and effectiveness in recruitment
Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth Pre & Post-joining formalities.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely submission of attendance and other inputs
Maintain and update employee records databases & other MIS reports like Leave tracking, attrition reports, etc.
Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure adherence across the organization
Manage employee engagement initiatives and events from Budgeting to execution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Manage documentation related to audits, contracts, and agreements.
Manage employee grievances
Adhere to the HR SOP, especially in the areas of Background Verification, Recruitment, and Selection, Event management, etc.
General Administration - Assist with office management tasks, ensuring a smooth operational workflow
Qualification (Minimum): Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Additional Qualification: Any Certification in HR specialized

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools
