Job Description:

Role: HR and Admin

Designation: Assistant Manager/Manager

Years of experience required: 6 to 8 years in a similar HR role with a strong focus on recruitment and operations.

Role Summary: The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting HR operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders (Recruitment 60% & Operations & Admin 40%)

Detailed Responsibilities:

 Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
 Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions
 Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations
 Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and recommend strategies to meet hiring targets.
 Vendor management and effectiveness in recruitment
 Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth Pre & Post-joining formalities.
 Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely submission of attendance and other inputs
 Maintain and update employee records databases & other MIS reports like Leave tracking, attrition reports, etc.
 Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure adherence across the organization
 Manage employee engagement initiatives and events from Budgeting to execution.
 Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
 Manage documentation related to audits, contracts, and agreements.
 Manage employee grievances
 Adhere to the HR SOP, especially in the areas of Background Verification, Recruitment, and Selection, Event management, etc.

 General Administration - Assist with office management tasks, ensuring a smooth operational workflow

Qualification (Minimum): Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Additional Qualification: Any Certification in HR specialized

Skills:

 Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
 Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools
 Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
