Job Description:
Training Program Development - Developing and designing training programs, both for new
employees and ongoing skill development that align with the organization's strategic goals
and regional requirements.
Training Needs Analysis - Identifying the training needs of employees within the region
through assessments, performance evaluations, and feedback from various sources
Curriculum Design - Creating and updating training curriculum, materials, and resources to
ensure that they are current and effective for regional training needs
Training Delivery - Conducting training sessions and workshops for employees, either in-
person or through virtual means, ensuring that the content is engaging and informative
Evaluation and Assessment - Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
and initiatives through various assessment methods, making necessary adjustments for
continuous improvement.
Regional Training Strategy - Developing a regional training strategy that aligns with the
organization's overall training and development goals.
Budget Management - Managing the budget for regional training programs, including cost
control and resource allocation.
Compliance and Quality Assurance - Ensuring that training programs adhere to relevant laws
and regulations and meet quality standards.
Performance Tracking: Monitoring the impact of training on employee performance and skill
development within the region.
Vendor Management - Manage L&D Partners and vendor relationships with constant focus on
driving efficiencies. Ensure timely settlement of program related bills and expenses of service
providers, content providers, external trainers and vendors.
