Job Description:
To assist the sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring smooth operations. Develop and
manage schemes, analyse portfolio yields, prepare MIS & Dashboards, and ensure compliance with
market requirements. This role involves close coordination with various departments to optimize
processes and drive financial performance.
2: Duties & Responsibilities
Providing daily Business Reports to BH, NSMs’, PH & Circle Team as per the deadline
Assisting BH with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer
databases, and handling correspondence
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth business operation of the vertical, like TA
management, Scheme management, Incentive processing etc.
Asset Check to make the Asset Master up to date in the systems for accurate MIS.
Handling queries and issues promptly, escalating complex cases to the relevant stakeholders.
Ensuring regular record, MIS and dashboards updates and reporting.
Analyse data and provide insights to the BH/PH/NSM/& Circle sales team to improve performance
in respective product portfolio/geography.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends. Assist in the
development and execution of sales strategies based on market research.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the vertical
Assist in the implementation of new sales processes and technologies.
