Area Sales Manager – Prime HL and LAP Loan Mumbai and Pune
Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities (List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets for prime home loans.
2. Monitor and evaluate sales performance through regular reporting and metrics.
3. Recruit, train, and manage sales executives.
4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
5. Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, real estate developers, and other stakeholders.
6. Device sourcing strategies through Direct Business and DSA/Connectors.
7. Promote cross-selling of financial products where applicable.
8. Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational guidelines & Comprehensive understanding of the regulatory environment for housing finance.
9. Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
10. Familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and home loan underwriting processes.
11. Experience in managing and motivating diverse sales teams.
12. Ensure minimal non-performing assets (NPA) by assessing customer creditworthiness effectively.
13. Enhance the brand reputation through superior customer service and relationship management.
14. Manage collection & delinquency cases.
15. Ensure all business operations under their purview are regulatory compliant.
