Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential customers in the region, particularly
distributors of anchor clients, to expand the SCF portfolio.
• Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to
understand their financing needs and provide Channel Finance limits.
• Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute effective sales strategiesto consistently meet
and exceed business targets and KPIs.
• SCF Limit Provisioning: Collaborate with credit operations and anchor clients to evaluate and
set SCF limits for distributors, ensuring thorough risk assessment and compliance with
company policies.
• Transaction Coordination: Coordinate with credit operations to facilitate smooth transaction
processes for customers, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve customer issues and escalations, working closely with
relevant internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to
assess progress against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing
corrective actions as needed.
• Market Insights: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor
offerings, and customer preferences, leveraging this information to enhance service delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including credit risk,
compliance, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
