Executive Assistant to CEO (Financial & Strategic Support), Mumbai
Job Description:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the prime job of an executive assistant is to be consultant to the CEO Renewables on decision making and to be the supportive force empowering day-to-day work of the CEO Office. The ideal person for this job is a proactive problem solver with excellent communication & interpersonal skills with thorough attention to detail. The EA is a bridge between the office of CEO and all the functions across the renewables business. Another key purpose is to drive common projects across business and ensure institutionalization of processes.
Major Challenges:
Some of the key challenges associated with this role is stakeholder management, as the candidate is supposed to work with a wide spectrum of people; from senior leaders to junior employees and from people across Global businesses to external partners Thus, ability to work with a wide array of internal and external people.
The candidate needs business acumen and basic understanding of Renewables industry as this role involves projects and work across various energy generation technologies. Diversity of operations across locations and technologies
Understanding dynamics of various functions to seamlessly work with cross functional teams The candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced professional work environment that demands problem solving skills, business acumen, and strong organizational skills. The candidate is expected to formulate and execute strategic tasks and assume full ownership.
Accountability
Project Management - Strategic data gathering, market research, competition overview, preparing reports, gleaning insights from the data, making dashboards, pitch decks & presentations;
Initiatives and Strategies
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of strategic initiatives taken up by the company. Support business leads in tracking and follow-up on execution of initiatives in specific businesses. Undertake implementation of Group-wide Initiatives/Projects.
Provide support and assistance to the CEO in developing and implementing new business strategies. Support research on strategic aspects of existing Businesses and aid New Business entry decisions. Evaluate business strategy and recommend actions as and when necessary.
Cross-team collaboration
Coordinating and working with Cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverables.
Business performance
Analysis of Business performance as per specified metrics.
Tools & Metrics
Develop effective reporting metrics and tools to assimilate and present the business performance reports periodically.
External intelligence & benchmarking
Providing market intelligence through competitor analysis & market research for internal benchmarking. Be aware of business competition and competitors positioning in market.
Presentations & communications
Support CEO in preparing and/or delivering presentations, business reports, preparing proposals, budgets, business forecasts, etc. Prepare various Business Communication / Industry submissions / Corporate Communication
Provide day-to-day support to the CEO: Preparation of reports, documents, presentation decks, ad-hoc data requests, dashboards, any reports necessary for decision making, proposals, budgets & related activities, proposals for developing contracts and relationships with stakeholders and partners, etc.
Administrative support
Scheduling and managing meetings (off-site, on-site, and virtual) spanning time zones & functions in collaboration with his Executive Secretary

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose actionable solutions
- Analytical Ability: Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills.
- Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI; familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent drafting, presentation, and interpersonal skills for leadership interactions.

4) Eligibility Criteria
B. Tech/B.E. (4-year course) and MBA in Strategy/General Management/Operations from a recognized institution. Preference for candidates with exposure to corporate strategy, consulting, or analytics projects.
Willingness to travel for business reviews, site visits, and stakeholder meetings.
