Job Description:

Role Overview:

This role supports the CTO in leading the technology vision and operational execution. This role bridges strategic planning and technical operations, ensuring high service availability, optimized infrastructure, and efficient delivery. This position will oversee critical functions including the Network Operations Center (NOC)Service DeliveryTelco Operations, and Field Operations — aligning them with the company’s goals for growth, customer satisfaction, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technology Strategy & Execution
  • Collaborate with CTO to define and implement network technology roadmap.
  • Drive initiatives in automation, network expansion, and digital transformation.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, vendors, and partnerships.
  1. Operational Oversight
  • Oversee NOC, Service Delivery, Network Operations, and Field Operations teams.
  • Ensure operational KPIs (e.g. uptime, MTTR - Mean Time to Resolve, SLA adherence) are met or exceeded.
  • Implement systems for performance monitoring, incident management, and preventive maintenance.
  1. NOC (Network Operations Center)
  • Ensuring 24/7 monitoring and incident management for network infrastructure
  • Implement and improve SOPs, monitoring tools, and automation processes to increase efficiency and response times.
  • Maintain optimal network uptime and troubleshoot complex issues promptly, minimizing service interruptions.
  1. Service Delivery
  • Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Identify areas for improvement in service delivery processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service delivery performance and drive improvements.
  1. Project & Capacity Management
  • Lead cross-departmental tech projects
  • Forecast network capacity requirements and plan expansions accordingly.
  • Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of projects.
  1. Field Operations
  • Manage configuration changes and deployments.
  • Optimize resource planning, scheduling, and coverage.
  • Implement field automation tools
  1. Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Develop KPIs and performance goals across departments.
  • Foster collaboration between planning, engineering, and customer support.
  • Upskill teams in line with new technologies.
