revenue and is now targeting ₹300+ Cr in the upcoming financial year, reflecting strong growth momentum. Led
by technocrat promoters with a “Deep Tech” background of Microwave for sterilization research. The company is
now expanding into additional high-impact Infection Control medical device segments

Purpose

The Head of Business Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end operational processes at
SS Medical, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with the organization’s
quality management system and ISO standards.

Scope

This role covers:
● Supply chain and logistics management 
● Procurement and vendor management 
● Production/manufacturing coordination (if applicable) 
● Process optimization and operational excellence 
● Cross-functional coordination

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals
● Define KPIs and drive scalability and process standardization
● Oversee supply chain, procurement, inventory, and logistics operations
● Ensure timely product delivery and optimize warehouse efficiency
● Manage vendors and procurement; negotiate contracts and ensure compliance
● Standardize and improve processes (SOPs); implement efficiency methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma)
● Reduce costs and improve turnaround times
● Ensure compliance with ISO standards and healthcare regulations
● Support regulatory requirements (e.g., CDSCO guidelines)
● Identify and mitigate operational risks; ensure business continuity planning
● Drive ERP implementation, automation, and digital transformation
● Ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity
● Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, R&D, and Quality
● Lead and develop operations teams; drive performance and accountability; drive performance,
accountability, and ethical practices
