Job Description:
Purpose of Role: -
- To Manage day to day operations of the branch along with customer management towards achieve the organizational goals
Job Role: -
- Overall branch operations management
- The role is focused and ensuring smooth inter-department coordination as per Banks/NBFC process and policies and meet the business goals with compliance adherence,
- TAT management along with customer services & quality adherence.
Responsibilities: -
- Disbursement alignment as per SOP and defined credit compliance
- eNACH compliance management with 100% adherence before disbursement.
- TAT – FTR & NFTR for disbursal within 24 hrs
- File TAT- From disbursement to file submission at RMC- within 7 days
- PDD management (RC, Insurance, Invoice, ROC, etc) as per the defined TAT
- Customer service and complaint resolution within 5 days
- CQC – Maintain the file quality as per the credit norms @95%+
- DTA & dealer payment management – as per the DTA time frame & NIL exceptions
- Collection matching within T+1
- FEMI data management and presentation within the TAT (5 th of every-month- 100% adherence)
- Statutory arrangements as per the NBFC and RBI guidelines
