Job Description:
- Managing the overall technical function
- Property assessment and valuation for lending
- Implementation of policies, procedures, and technical underwriting guideline
- Formulate, review and implement the Technical Policy of Hinduja Housing Finance appropriate for the market segment (working with primarily undocumented income/Technical profiles) sought to be served
- Maintenance of TAT, Compliance, policies and procedures as per NHB guidance
Principal Accountabilities
Strategic
- Establish and Manage the Technical function using the principle of de-centralized assessment and centralized decision
- Responsible for ensuring sensible technical norms resulting in a high-quality of portfolio
Tactical
- Ensuring compliance with technical process manual and norms Periodic review and Modification of technical process and procedure
- Review and updating builder rating across location
- Periodic review of APF
- Periodic Review of Zone Base Master
- Tracking and monitoring of all technical OTC/PDD
- Refer exceptional cases for opinion/decision to Head Technical, wherever required
- Empanelment, Monitoring and review performance/reports of technical consultant
- To recommend a list of approved, negative and caution areas to Corporate Office
- Control over the Regional/Cluster-MIS
- Monitor and ensure the Technical TAT
- Maintenance of various reports, MIS and Database
Supervisory
- Approval/Appraisal of projects and property
- Scrutiny of document and preparation of Technical Reports
- Collection of information relating to Project and Builders
- Collection and updating project data of zones and builder status
- To monitor penetration for various project
- To ensure due diligence during approval and keep a check on frauds relating to Property
- Adherence to TAT
- Tracking and Collection of Technical OTC/PDD
- Timely resolving of audit queries
- Maintain technical MIS and send to regional technical
- Timely collection and updating amendments affecting property
