Job Description:

Stockiest Management
 Claim management
 Monthly claims of the stockiest to be checked and submitted to ASM
 Stock management
 Monthly stock check to be done at the stockiest point
 All damages and excess stocks to be reported to the ASM
 All store wise stocks to be checked and reported to the ASM
 Order Management
 All stockiest orders to be placed by SO
 Outlet wise supply management
 Timely supplies to be ensured by SO
 Reporting
 Opening and closing stock report to be given to ASM
 Outlet Management
 Relationship management store wise
 SO should have each and every detail of the store team and should maintain the same in a red book
 Should have good relationship with the store team.
 Should have the influential skills to enable to generate new PO’s
 Planogram
 Should implement category wise plangram at the store level
 Should ensure good visibility of the available stocks
 Availability
 Should ensure at least 85% availability of the stocks
 Offer execution
